The work presented here, although abstract in appearance, reflects the natural landscapes. Through the use of colour and instinctive mark making, I create images with simple abstracted forms, colour and line, constructing and reflecting upon a real scene or journey.
Using various printmaking techniques I have been able to produce images, developing their textures and shape and am always happy for the unpredictable nature of the handmade process to produce prints where no one is identical.
